September HR Law Lunch & Learn: Diving into the Depths of Overtime Laws: Warning! It's Scary in There.

Overtime and pay-related claims continue to increase. Employers continue to unwittingly violate these laws. Overtime rates, hour worked, drive time and more are the source of a lot of misunderstanding and non-compliance for employers. Join us this month as we will tackle new wage and hour issues we've not covered in the past, including

  • travel/drive and on-call time - what is and isn't paid
  • Bonuses, commission and other "non-hourly" forms of payment
  • Paying salaried, non-exempt employees and employees paid variable rates
  • Vacation and other paid time off
