The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) recently issued its new Strategic Enforcement plan outlining its "hot buttons." The EEOC and its state equivalent, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, will continue to pursue claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, but will also be looking to prosecute claims related to hiring and interviewing, accommodations for disabilities and pregnancy, gender pay inequity and more. Join us as we discuss the EEOC/OCRC's priorities, what to do if a claim comes your way and, better yet, how to avoid them altogether.
