Believe it or not, Paid Time Off policies are among the top handbook provisions that create heartache (and heartburn) for employers, yet there are simple fixes to common issues. This month we will focus on Paid Time Off Handbook policies (and a few unpaid time off topics). We will explore common issues, and how to draft a policy that resolves them. This is the one handbook section every employee reads so make it a good one!
